Community Guidelines: WT Live / Enlisted Sandbox

PLEASE NOTE: Your use of any Gaijin-operated Portals is governed by these specific rules and the general Gaijin Community Guidelines (Common Rules), available at legal.gaijin.net/communityguidelines (“Guidelines”). These specific Portal rules form an integral part of the Guidelines, and both should be interpreted and applied together. Please note that you must follow both the Guidelines and these specific rules while using Gaijin’s Website(s) and/or platforms.

By engaging with any Gaijin Portal, you agree to comply with both these specific rules and the general Guidelines.

1. PURPOSES OF PORTALS

The Websites live.warthunder.com and sandbox.enlisted.net (each - "Portal") are intended for a variety of User interactions, including but not limited to the below purposes.

Discussions Related to Gaijin’s Game(s). Users can share thoughts, tips, and feedback on gameplay and game mechanics.

User-Generated Content (UGC). This includes sharing artwork, mods, skins, guides, and other User-created materials related to Gaijin’s games.

Community Engagement. Users can communicate, form groups, share ideas, and participate in events or contests hosted on the Portals.

Gaijin reserves the right to delete any User’s posts and close threads if they deviate from the Portal's subject matter or violate the Guidelines.

2. USER CONTRIBUTIONS

2.1. Types of Content

Publications. Materials that Users upload to the Portal, such as posts, artwork, videos, guides, etc. These materials may be categorized by type. Publications are split into subsections, which are shown on the Website(s)’ page header.

Comments. Messages that Users post in response to other Publications, offering feedback, questions, or praise.

Hashtags. Keywords preceded by the "#" symbol, allowing Users to categorize or find content more easily. Hashtags must be relevant to the content. Please note that:

- A hashtag may not contain spaces or any other special characters;

- A hashtag must have a minimum of 3 characters and a maximum of 52 characters;

- Gaijin recommends using only hashtags that are directly related to your content.

Mentions. Tag Users by using the "@" symbol followed by their username. This directs a notification to the tagged User. Please note that: Mentions are case-sensitive, so "@User" and "@UseR" refer to different Users.

2.2. Interaction Guidelines

When interacting on Gaijin Portals, Users are encouraged to:

- Be respectful and constructive in all interactions;

- Follow Portal-specific rules regarding content and interaction;

- Stay focused on game-related discussions and content sharing. Personal or off-topic discussions should be avoided.

3. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

3.1. The following actions are prohibited on a Portal:

3.1.1. Vulgar Language. Publications or Comments containing vulgar or otherwise offensive language, regardless of the language in which it is expressed.

3.1.2. Insulting Community Members. Insults, rudeness, threats, racism, or any other kind of aggressive behavior directed at the Portal’s community members. 

3.1.3. Insulting Employees or Moderators. Insults, rudeness, threats, racism, or other forms of aggressive behavior directed at staff, the development team, employees, or volunteers. 

3.1.4. Discussing Moderators. Publications or Comments discussing the work or actions of the Moderators or Administration. 

3.1.5. Piracy. Any discussion about methods for cracking or otherwise illegally bypassing the content protection of Gaijin’s software products or those of any other developers. 

3.1.6. Spam and Advertising. Spamming the Portal with Publications or Comments containing identical or very similar content or Creating Publications or Comments containing advertisements and other promotional material. 

3.1.7. Deviating From the Portal’s Subject Matter. Creating Publications that do not correspond to the Portal’s subject matter. 

3.1.8. Violating Gaijin’s Terms of Service. Creating Publications or Comments related to the sale, purchase, exchange or donation of User accounts or any other in-game items of value, whether temporarily or permanently, as well as any other actions encouraging any violations of Gaijin’s Terms of Service. 

3.1.9. Erotic and Pornographic Content. Posting Pornographic images, images with explicit references to pornography, any links to such content, or any other material containing erotic themes. 

3.1.10. Prohibited Content. Publications containing direct or indirect propaganda in support of extremism, controlled substances, or alcohol. Political or religious incitement or propaganda. 

3.1.11. Shocking Content. Publications containing graphic depictions of death, cruelty, or violence toward humans or animals or material that alludes to such content. 

3.1.12. Violating Intellectual Property and Related Rights. Publications that infringe on intellectual property or related rights, including but not limited to sharing logos, names of brands, or other protected content. 

3.1.13. Sharing personal information. Sharing or disclosing a participant’s personal information without their consent.

3.1.14. Spreading False Information. Disseminating known false information (including information without official confirmation) about the development of Gaijin’s Game(s) projects, regardless of the author’s level of knowledge. 

3.1.15. Politics. Creating Publications or Comments focused on modern politics, discussing prominent political figures or current events, or drawing parallels between historical military topics and contemporary political issues.

3.1.16. Bugs in the Company's in-Development Products. Publication of bugs or defects in any of Gaijin’s in-development products.

3.1.17. Links. Posting links to images or any other content that violates the rules or applicable laws is prohibited. This includes the deliberate misuse of images or skins, such as placing them incorrectly or resizing them to display or promote offensive, lewd, erotic material, obscene language, or any other abusive content.

3.2. Additional Penalties. The Users of the Portal shall comply with all requirements of the Guidelines, including complying with the restrictions stated in Section 3 of said Guidelines. However, in addition to penalties set out in the Guidelines, Gaijin may impose the following sanctions regarding the use of the Portal: 

- 3 days read-only;

- 7 days read-only;

- 14 days read-only;

- 30 days read-only;

- Permanent ban.

4. RESTRICTIONS

4.1. Posting Restrictions. There are some limitations to creating Publications and posting Comments on the Portal. New Users may only create Publications and post Comments after they have played at least 10 battles in the game related to the Portal.

4.2. Language Restrictions. All content on the Portals must be posted in English or Russian. The use of other languages is prohibited unless otherwise specified by the Portal.

5. NO LIMITATION PERIOD

Gaijin reserves the right to impose penalties for violations of these guidelines at any time, regardless of when the violation occurred. There is no limitation period for the enforcement of these rules.
